You have inquiries regarding the Migration, Design Changes, Installation, or Upgrades of the Bonzai or Sharepoint platform.
If you are ready to schedule your Bonzai upgrade, migrate from one platform to another or simply change the design and layout of the tool, we will work with you from start to finish to ensure that your request is fulfilled. To do so, open the Submit a request form and complete the following steps:
- In the "Please choose a request type below" field, choose the "Bonzai Intranet Support" option.
- In the "Organization" field, choose the organization you belong to.
- In the "Subject" field, type "Upgrading my Bonzai Version".
- In the "Request Type" field, select the type of request you want to escalate to this team. The options are:
- Professional Services > Migration
- Professional Services > Design Changes
- Professional Services > Installation
- Professional Services > Upgrade
- In the "Description" field, add a brief synopsis of the reason you have to upgrade your Bonzai instance, Migrate it or change the design of your page. In the "Priority" field, add the priority of this request based on your analysis of the problem.
- Mark the checkboxes that apply in the below image.
- Hit "Submit" to send the request to the Professional Services team.
At this point, you will be contacted by a Professional Services agent to discuss your request.
